“First and foremost - I have to begin this review pointing out the professionalism of the staff at Koby Motors. I was buying a car from a dealership in Tx all the way from NY and was calling random local auto shops to have the car fully inspected. I was referred to Koby by another auto shop. When I had called I spoke to Jose - who managed to do a visual inspection of the car for me over the phone once the dealer brought them the vehicle to them. Jose did everything he could in the short time he had to keep me fully aware of what I was buying; the pros and cons of the vehicle - spent over 30min over the phone with me and didn’t charge me a penny. For that alone, this review was mandatory. The courtesy and kindness from Koby Motors is something rare - so rare that we never across this type of service in Ny. Thank you again Koby Motors.”
